McDowell County FACES (Families, Agencies, Children Enhancing Services) is a part of a state-wide network designed to nurture change and creativity in providing services to the residents of our county.
Regardless of the subject, there is opportunity to improve services to McDowell County children and families through networking agencies and individuals. Our mission is to be the consumer voice for family and children's services in the county.
